Payment
Visa, Visa debit and MasterCard are accepted as methods of payment. All transactions are in pounds sterling.
Delivery
The 1st order can only be delivered to card holders address.
Deliveries are processed by our courier, DPD. All deliveries must be signed for, goods will not be left without a signature. Please note any delivery instructions which controvene DPD policy may not be followed.
In the event of an item being received damaged, Anglia Tool Centre must be informed of the damage within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. If we are notified outside of this period, we may be unable to resolve your issue.
Anglia Tool Centre reserve the right to make searches via a credit reference agency as appropriate to verify residence at the address provided. Please note we do not deliver outside of the mainland Britain.

Our courier company may take a photograph of the delivery location or require the recipient of a delivery to sign an electronic device as proof of delivery of the consignment. Any record of a photograph of the delivery location or the recipient’s signature obtained by the courier company shall be conclusive evidence of the delivery of orders comprised in the consignment. In the event a delivery is disputed, an investigation will be raised with our couriers and any resolution could be subject to the evidence provided by them.

Pricing
Prices are quoted inclusive and exclusive of VAT. Our invoice will detail a separate total of VAT charged for all the goods.
Please note that while we make every effort to match our website prices across Anglia Tool Centre, certain products may be priced differently in store.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and refunds).
Offer codes
From time to time we provide online offer codes to our customers. Offer codes are for online use only, 1 per customer and subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to remove offers at any time. Occasionally we might put a unique offer code on the invoice just for you, which is available for 7 days from when the order was placed and subject to the above terms and conditions. If further clarification is required, please contact our sales team.
Errors and Omissions
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All promotions are subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

With most suppliers now offering extended warranty it is essential you register your purchase within 30 days to take advantage of the extended warranty.

Guarantees
Anglia Tool Centre follows the manufacturer’s policy. If a product is faulty and under guarantee you should follow the procedures detailed below.
Cooling off period
You may if you wish cancel your order for any reason within 14 days starting on the day after you receive the goods. You will need to notify us that you wish to do this, specifying our invoice number of the order to be cancelled. If you do this we may ask you to pay the cost of returning the goods to us but apart from this, the whole of your money will be returned to you within 14 days from receipt of goods.
Goods should be returned unused and in their original undamaged packaging.
Orders outside of the UK (Channel Islands)
V.A.T is charged at current rates on all orderes regardless of the delivery address being outside of the U.K. It is the buyers responsibility to claim back V.A.T from relevant Tax authorities.
Returns Policy

If you have ordered the incorrect item from us, you must let us know within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve the situation. You will need to pay to get the item back to us and the item must be unused and returned to us in the condition in which it was dispatched. We cannot guarantee to resolve issues of this nature if the problem is not reported within 14 days.
If an item has been delivered incorrectly (we have sent the wrong item, or it has been damaged in transit) you must let us know within 14 days and we will collect the item and resolve the situation as quickly as we are able. We cannot guarantee to resolve issues of this nature if the problem is not reported within 14 days.
If the item arrives in damaged condition, please do not destroy or dispose of the external packaging material as we may need photos of these to help ascertain how the damage occurred. Our team can advise you of the next steps.
If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty on receipt then please contact us as soon as possible.
If a fault has been found with the product within 14 days, we will collect the item and provide a replacement. If your replacement product develops a fault, we will send the product to the manufacturer for investigation and advice prior to making a decision on how we resolve the issue.
After 14 days for Bosch, Makita and Milwaukee products, you will need to speak to the supplier, who will collect the item directly from you.
For all other brands and where a fault is found between the 14 to 30-day period, the item will be collected free of charge and sent to the manufacturer for repair.
If the item develops a fault at any time after 30 days have passed, you will need to pay to get it back to us and we will send it to the manufacturer for repair.
We ask that all items returned to us are sent with an accompanying Returns Form – call us on 01223 498700 or email sales@angliatoolcentre.co.uk to request the form. Failure to provide this form with your return may delay a resolution to your issue.
Please note that we cannot accept proof of posting as confirmation of delivery.
Unfortunately, in situations where a faulty item is reported and sent to manufacturers for repair, we are not able to supply loan tools for the duration of the repair. We are also unable to provide any recompense for costs incurred by customers during this process.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to withdraw or change any of the returns and refunds policies at any time without prior notification.
Stock Availability
Anglia Tool Centre try very hard to ensure that the products featured on this website are in stock and can be delivered to you next working days. However despite our best endeavours, some items may be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case you will be informed as to the expected delay, and given the opportunity to wait for the goods ordered to arrive, to cancel the order or to order the nearest possible alternative.

Some goods or materials sold by us can be dangerous and cause risk to health and safety. Customers should ask us for health and safety information about the storage and use of any such goods or materials.
Contract Information and Governing Law
A binding contract for sale and purchase of goods and/or services between us and the customer will only come into effect when we issue you with a confirmation of order by e-mail, fax, telephone or letter. We are not obliged to accept any order you submit.

ATC Rewards
ATC Rewards was a refer a friend scheme for Anglia Tool Centre customers that ended on 31/12/18. The terms and conditions for ATC Rewards can be found below.
Eligibility
Any customer that places an order at www.angliatoolcentre.co.uk or at an Anglia Tool Centre showroom is eligible to join ATC Rewards. Once an order has been placed and your ATC account has been created, you can start earning rewards by sharing your reward code with friends and colleagues. Anyone can use your referral code. They need to place an order online or in store over £100 using your code, for your reward to be tracked. ATC Rewards applies to advertised internet price on stocked lines.
Rewards
Each time your ATC Rewards code is used, the referred customer receives a 5% discount on their order and you will receive a £10 reward on your account. Please allow up to 24 hours after the order is placed for your reward to show on your account. Rewards can only be used at www.angliatoolcentre.co.uk or at an Anglia Tool Centre showroom. Rewards can only be redeemed in £10 increments. Rewards are not transferable to another account or redeemable for an equivalent cash value.
Exemptions
You may not use your ATC Reward code for your own orders. ATC Reward codes are not valid at any Trade Show or event that we attend. If the referred customer’s payment doesn’t go through successfully or the order is cancelled, no reward will be added to your account. We reserve the right to remove rewards if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. ATC Rewards offer codes may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer code or cashback site. ATC Rewards may be withdrawn at any time.
