A light duty hinge jig for routing 75mm hinge recesses in internal doors & linings. Hard wearing template in 12mm laminate. Two part, splits into two lengths withh dovetail joint. One set up for door and frame. No need to adjust for repeated doors. Three pre-set apertures 6 inch down and 9 inch up the middle. For internal doors 15mm to 51mm thick with seperate (plant on) stops. Swivel end plate for 3mm gap to head of door. Pin park in jig body. Includes three 10mm diameter plastic pins with tapered shoulder for tight fit, two bradawls and 16 mm guide bush. Unibase may be needed. Patent No. GB2285410. T4EK router requires a ref. UNIBASE.
